All bandsaws are custom made and for this reason can not be returned. Should there be any quality issues we ask you to return the saw to us so we can conduct a thorough quality inspection in cooperation with the manufacturer. If your complaint is founded we will be happy to deliver you a brand new bandsaw.

All other products (f.ex. fluids...) can be returned to us within 14 days. These products need the be unused in the original packaging.
